Shehridhaga is a make-to-order brand. ( we do keep few pieces on regular sizes) which means that sometimes after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days.
Online Payments as well as COD Available.
Minor color variations might be possible due to photography.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for deliveries.

If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing Defect, or a wrong product/size, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery.
All our products are handmade using fine fabrics, variations in the print or embroidery of the product is a result of its handcrafted nature, and hence cannot be considered as a defect.

After an order is placed on the online store, a customer can ask for cancellation and refund within 24 hours. Please note 5% (of order value) cancellation/handling fees would be charged for account/card refund. The cancellation charges are equivalent to online payment processing charges levied by payment gateways. shehridhaga is a designer label and works on a ‘made to order’ model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible.
you can only Return the product in case of any defects or wrong product delivered.
For items purchased by using any discount codes, FLASH SALE etc. a shipping charge of 100/- RS. will apply on the EXCHANGE/return pickup.
Once the return product has been received by us and has been quality checked,(please ensure that products are unused/unwashed and in original condition with tags) the exchange product will be shipped.
An item once exchanged will not be eligible for return/exchange again.
