Shipping
- Shehridhaga is a make-to-order brand. ( we do keep few pieces on regular sizes) which means that sometimes after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- Online Payments as well as COD Available.
- Minor color variations might be possible due to photography.
- Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for deliveries.
Defects
- If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing Defect, or a wrong product/size, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery.
- All our products are handmade using fine fabrics, variations in the print or embroidery of the product is a result of its handcrafted nature, and hence cannot be considered as a defect.
Return/Exchange process

- After an order is placed on the online store, a customer can ask for cancellation and refund within 24 hours. Please note 5% (of order value) cancellation/handling fees would be charged for account/card refund. The cancellation charges are equivalent to online payment processing charges levied by payment gateways. shehridhaga is a designer label and works on a ‘made to order’ model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible.
- you can only Return the product in case of any defects or wrong product delivered.
- For items purchased by using any discount codes, FLASH SALE etc. a shipping charge of 100/- RS. will apply on the EXCHANGE/return pickup.
- Once the return product has been received by us and has been quality checked,(please ensure that products are unused/unwashed and in original condition with tags) the exchange product will be shipped.
- An item once exchanged will not be eligible for return/exchange again.
